Sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as a completed session.
One session per purchase; sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
Please have the necessary software installed and ready to go (Affinity, Apple Keynote, or Canva).
Pretty Product Studio Sessions are collaborative — I’ll guide you step-by-step, but I do not create custom templates or complete full product builds for you.
